The topic of Women Empowerment is indeed very vast and cannot be portrayed in one post but what I want to share today is the awareness of the fact that education is the core of empowerment but what about those women who are not educated enough to know the meaning of empowerment, I am talking about the class of women who work at our homes which are normally called by us as maids, even they deserve all the kind attitude and awareness of their rights in their respective lives and who is responsible for bringing that transformation.
YOU only you! So I redefine empowerment as not highlighting the already strong female personalities but working on the common below the mediocre level to increase the sense of self-worth in them, to appreciate their efforts, to treat them as equal human beings. How many of us take our time trying to educate such women?
I do! and I want every one of us to try that at least because I know the power of this positive influence we can bring being educated women. Education does not teach us to differentiate or adopt arrogance it rather makes us open-minded enough to declare it as a right of every female child/adult in every possible way.
If those unfortunate but I must say diligent women cannot afford to get educated or educate their daughters, let's become a source of empowerment for them by teaching them and civilizing them on different levels and this is such basic humanity and compassion we need to practice. So all of the ladies please guide all those ladies working at your homes, assisting you, helping you in different ways, think about their needs not only on financial level as we already fulfill that but also on emotional and spiritual level... listening to their problems and giving them wise solutions and whoever owns a generous heart to serve for other people deserves huge applause.
Let's empower our women and begin from our homes first!
